Your 30-day return window

To request a return, email service@nestovare.com within 30 days after delivery and include your order reference and the item involved. For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with its packaging where reasonably possible. This condition does not limit rights that apply to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Return shipping covered by Nestovare

Nestovare covers return shipping costs for eligible returns, including change-of-mind returns. Please contact us for the return destination and shipping arrangements before sending anything. The company address above is not necessarily the return location. For an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us with photographs if available so we can assess the issue and provide a suitable remedy under applicable law. Our instructions do not override statutory return rights.

Review and resolution

After the returned item is received and reviewed, we will inform you of the outcome and arrange any refund due. Any refund of original delivery charges is determined by the reason for return and applicable law. Nestovare covers the return shipping costs described above. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.

Packing your return

Pack the item securely and keep the shipment reference until the case is resolved. We will explain the return shipping arrangement when you contact us. Please request that arrangement before purchasing postage yourself. Reporting a fault does not depend on keeping the original packaging, and statutory rights are not limited to our voluntary return window.
